The Southern California Society of Gastroenterology (SCSG),
founded in 1950, is a non-profit, independent society committed to leadership
and excellence in expanding the horizons of medical knowledge through educating
gastroenterologists, hepatologists, physician extenders, and other health care
professionals who specialize in these disciplines.
SCSG is comprised of practitioners, academic faculty, and physician
extenders from Southern California. We host two major meetings a year, following
DDW and AASLD, where local and visiting academic faculty update the community on
important advances in gastroenterology and hepatology.
The SCSG invites your membership. The fee for Society membership is $100 per
year for physicians and $50 for physician extenders. The benefits of membership
include:
- Reduced registration fee for both the Post DDW and Post AASLD meetings
